What we collect
When you enquire or book: your name, phone number, email address, pickup address and postcode, the course or lesson type you want, your transmission preference, your driving experience and your preferred start date.
During tuition: your provisional licence details, lesson progress records, and notes your instructor keeps on your development.
When you use our website: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived, collected through cookies and similar technology. See our Cookie Policy.
If you send us a photo or appear in one: images of you, where you have agreed to this.
We also hold DBS certificate details and licence records for our instructors, as employment records.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17. Pupils aged 17 may book with us; where a pupil is under 18 we may also hold a parent or guardian’s contact details.

Photos, video and social media
We love celebrating a pass, and photos and short videos are a big part of how we do it. Here is how we handle them.
- We will always ask before taking a photo, and again before publishing it.
- Saying no changes nothing about your lessons or how we treat you.
- Where a pupil is under 18, we ask a parent or guardian as well.
- We publish photos on our website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
- We do not publish pupils’ full names, addresses, or the date and location of their test alongside a photo.
- You can change your mind at any time. Contact us and we will remove the image from our website and our own social accounts within [7] working days. Please note we cannot recover copies already shared or reposted by others.
To withdraw consent, contact 020 3143 1718 or in**@*******************co.uk.
