We are the data controller for the personal information described below.

What we collect

When you enquire or book: your name, phone number, email address, pickup address and postcode, the course or lesson type you want, your transmission preference, your driving experience and your preferred start date.

During tuition: your provisional licence details, lesson progress records, and notes your instructor keeps on your development.

When you use our website: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived, collected through cookies and similar technology. See our Cookie Policy.

If you send us a photo or appear in one: images of you, where you have agreed to this.

We also hold DBS certificate details and licence records for our instructors, as employment records.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17. Pupils aged 17 may book with us; where a pupil is under 18 we may also hold a parent or guardian’s contact details.
